2. Currency and Fees
- All prices and settlements are in US dollars (USD);
- PayPal and card processing fees are borne by the buyer (already included in the checkout total - nothing is added afterwards);
- Intermediary bank charges on wire transfers are borne by the payer. Please ensure we receive the full invoiced amount; any shortfall must be settled before dispatch;
- Where exchange rate movement or bank charges create a difference, the amount actually received governs.
3. Large Orders and Credit Terms
For single orders above USD 10,000 we issue a Proforma Invoice for corporate payment and import formalities. Established partners may apply for 30-day credit terms, subject to a signed cooperation agreement and company verification documents.
4. Invoices and Documents
- Proforma Invoice (PI) and Commercial Invoice (CI) are issued after payment;
- If you need a Chinese VAT special invoice, tell us before ordering and supply your invoicing details;
- Every order ships with a packing list and waybill, plus certificate of origin, CE / FCC certificates on request.
5. Payment Safety
Our bank details are published only through our corporate email and this website's backend. We never change bank details over chat. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, verify it through the contact details below before transferring any money.
