1. Acceptance

By visiting this site, registering an account or placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy. If you do not agree to any part, please stop using the site.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password safe. If you notice unauthorised access, change it immediately and tell us.
• We may suspend or close accounts for false information, fraud, abusive ordering or breach of these Terms.

3. Product Information

• Images, specifications, dimensions and feature descriptions are indicative. The supplied manual and the product nameplate govern.
• We may revise specifications, appearance and packaging due to technical improvement, certification updates or supply chain changes. Revised products perform no lower than the original specification.
• Products must be installed, wired and commissioned by qualified personnel in line with the manual. We accept no liability for damage to equipment or persons caused by non-compliant installation.

4. Prices, Taxes and Availability

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude destination duties, VAT and clearance charges.
• Prices may change due to exchange rates, costs or promotions. The price at the time of ordering applies.
• Where a system error produces a clearly incorrect price or stock level, we may cancel the order and refund in full before dispatch.

5. Formation of Contract

Submitting an order is an offer. A contract is formed only when we have confirmed receipt of payment (or approved credit) and issued an order confirmation. Until then we may cancel the order and refund in full for reasons including stock shortage, pricing error, risk review or export control.

6. Export Control and Compliance

Some industrial radio equipment is subject to export control or to radio type-approval in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for confirming that import and use comply with local regulations. We are not liable for clearance failures or seizure caused by missing qualifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, trademarks, product designs and technical material on this site belong to us or to their rightful owners. Reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of, or inability to use, the products.
• Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the order in question.
• Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable events, including war, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, strike, port or route disruption, and severe shortage of components such as chips. We will notify you promptly and agree a way forward.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be settled amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent people's court at our place of business.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect once posted on this page, and material changes are announced by site notice or email.
